I am the fourth generation of my family in this craft. I do not start with sketches. I start with questions: who is this for, what does this moment mean to you, and what do you want them to feel when they open the box.
Every consultation begins with me, personally. I listen to your story, translate it into three bespoke design variations rendered in photorealistic 3D, and refine until you see the piece you did not know you were imagining. No two RALJE pieces have ever looked alike. That is the point.
I carried the family’s flame from a bench in Rajasthan to a studio in Orange County. The bench is different. The tools are sharper. The fire is the same fire.

Jay
The standard-keeper at the bench.
Jay is the quiet force behind every RALJE piece. Based in India, he oversees the entire physical creation — from GIA-grade diamond sourcing to final quality inspection. Every stone that enters a RALJE setting passes through his hands first. Every prong angle, every surface finish, every hidden detail meets his standard before it meets yours.
When Rahul’s grandfather set the family’s quality bar in 1937, he could not have known that Jay would be the one holding it today — with the same uncompromising eye, the same refusal to let anything less than extraordinary leave the workshop. He is the reason RALJE can say “direct from the bench” and mean it literally.
